Many seagulls glide along the shore in perfect formation. Then, one seagull breaks free from the flock and discovers that he can be in touch with his wings and nimble body.

In solitude, he flies to new heights and transcends into a world of curiosity and experimentation. In this world, he learns that perfect flight is not about being faster, but standing still – being present in the here and now.
